Why do a JOB ANALYSIS?

Before you start the hiring process it’s important to identify the type of person you’re looking for. What natural talents must they have, what are they good at, what do you expect they will bring to the job? Armed with this knowledge you will be able to match the candidate to what the job requires.

How does JOB ANALYSIS work?

The JobAnalysis questionnaire contains 24 questions about the job (the work environment; the job’s primary focus, what is the person being asked to do; what attitude is essential for the job; at what pace (speed) is the job done and what are the behaviours required to do the job successfully. You rate the importance of each of these job requirements.

The questionnaire will take about 5 minutes to do and a JobAnalysis report is emailed immediately to you. It contains recommendations for the style of person most likely to succeed in the job. It also contains content for your job ads. You can complete the questionnaire yourself or together with your clients.
